Today GSR is launching a graduate program which includes seven new positions across four global locations. The roles are centered around three key aspects of the firm, Trading, Information Technology and Business Development.
As part of our inaugural graduate program we are able to offer aspiring professionals a fantastic chance to quickly integrate and embed in GSR’s core business lines in the exciting world of cryptocurrency trading.
There will be opportunity to undertake extensive training, involving global rotations, mock scenarios and mentoring. All successful graduates will be considered for permanent employment at the end of the program.
At present, GSR has 65 professionals in 10 countries with further ambitious headcount growth planned.
In 2020, GSR recorded its most successful year of trading to date, with annual volumes far surpassing previous records. GSR played a substantial role in the over-the-counter options market, leveraging our seasoned team’s extensive domain knowledge to further build out our offerings and extend our foothold in this fast-growing space. GSR executed over $1 billion worth of such custom contracts in 2020, as well providing hundreds of millions of dollars of crypto liquidity daily. The team now manages a significant book of complex options risks, one of the largest in digital assets.
This program is an opportunity to work with proprietary technology that is helping to transform the financial industry. All graduate positions will have a competitive salary, the roles are full time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional benefits.
