SINGAPORE, 11 August 2025 – GSR, crypto's capital markets partner, today announced the launch of secondary OTC liquidity for tokenized assets, in partnership with DigiFT, a regulated exchange for tokenized real-world assets (“RWA”). This collaboration marks one of the first institutional partnerships to deliver systematic OTC trading access across multiple tokenized real-world assets.

Eligible institutional investors can now access live OTC liquidity during Asian market hours, seven days a week, for tokenized units of institutional-grade RWAs via DigiFT, with GSR serving as the systematic liquidity provider. Initial tokens supported include:

GSR provides systematic bid-ask pricing with trade execution and settlement facilitated through DigiFT’s regulated platform. Liquidity coverage is expected to expand to additional tokenized RWAs over time.

This partnership also introduces real-time secondary price discovery, a critical milestone for the tokenized RWA ecosystem. Transparent OTC pricing unlocks broader utility: wallets can support redemptions and rebalancing; DeFi protocols can compose with RWAs; and investors can trade based on live market dynamics rather than delayed NAVs.

“We are bridging the gap between issuance and tradeability, both of which have been obstacles for scaling institutional adoption of tokenized real-world assets,” said Aravind Srinivasan, GSR’s Head of Systematic OTC Business. “Our price discovery capabilities and systematic infrastructure support a healthy secondary market to help this asset class mature.”

Trades are settled directly on-chain, leveraging GSR’s systematic market making expertise and DigiFT’s regulated smart contract infrastructure to ensure seamless, compliant settlement with no manual intervention.

In practice, an investor places a buy or sell order on the DigiFT exchange. GSR fills the order at quoted pricing via a secure OTC channel, with token and stablecoins exchanged through smart contract-based settlement.

“Liquidity and compliance must go hand-in-hand to scale real-world asset adoption,” said Henry Zhang, Founder & Group CEO of DigiFT. “Through this partnership, we’re enabling systematic OTC trading with institutional-grade execution and regulated settlement to unlock the next phase of RWA market infrastructure.”

GSR continues to invest in the broader digital asset ecosystem, offering capital solutions, liquidity, and strategic advisory services to partners at all stages of growth.
